1. Mission & Respectful Participation
CreatorManch is designed to foster a safe, professional, and vibrant marketplace and ecosystem for AI engineers, prompt designers, digital creators, and builders. Our community thrives when participants treat one another with mutual respect, professional courtesy, and constructive intent.
These guidelines apply to all participants across CreatorManch, including tool directory submissions, prompt listings, digital products, reviews, discussions, profile biographies, and creator articles.
2. Allowed & Encouraged Content
We actively welcome high-quality content that brings value to creators, including:
- Innovative AI Prompt Engineering: Well-structured, thoroughly tested prompt templates for creative writing, code generation, data analysis, image diffusion, and workflow automation.
- Functional Developer & Creative Tools: Legitimate SaaS applications, AI models, developer libraries, APIs, and productivity tools submitted to our directory.
- High-Value Digital Assets: Graphic kits, user interface components, software templates, documentation, and digital educational resources.
- Constructive Feedback & Reviews: Fair, honest product reviews and educational commentary that assist other builders in evaluating assets.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content & Malicious Activity
To preserve platform trust, the following behaviors and content are strictly banned:
Bullying, stalking, doxxing, publishing private personal details, or promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group.
Nudity, sexually explicit prompt generation kits, non-consensual imagery, or sexualized content of any nature.
Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid sales, misleading promises, phishing pages, deceptive affiliate redirects, or fraudulent seller representations.
Uploading archives containing malware, trojans, backdoors, spyware, keyloggers, or prompt injection exploits designed to breach target models or platforms.
Distributing pirated source code, ripped digital art, unauthorized tool clones, or materials infringing third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Flooding marketplaces with repetitive listings, auto-generated junk templates, keyword-stuffed tags, or commercial broadcast spam.
Promoting illegal substances, weapons, unauthorized access to computer systems, or activities that violate applicable national or international laws.
4. AI-Generated Content & Transparency
We believe in transparent and responsible deployment of artificial intelligence. When submitting prompts or assets:
- Target Model Disclosure: Clearly disclose the recommended model (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion), version, and expected parameter settings.
- Authentic Previews: Sample outputs and preview images must be genuine outputs produced using the prompt or asset, rather than manipulated artwork or misleading external media.
- Safe Prompting: Prompts engineered to bypass safety guardrails or generate harmful payloads are strictly prohibited.
5. Reviews & Ratings Integrity
Customer feedback empowers our marketplace community. To maintain integrity:
- Creators may not write reviews for their own listings using secondary accounts.
- Purchasers may not demand free assets, refunds, or financial incentives in exchange for altering a review.
- Coordinated review rings or reciprocal 5-star trading arrangements are strictly forbidden.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a listing, review, profile, or file that violates these Community Guidelines, you can report it directly using our built-in platform reporting interface (accessible via item action menus) or by contacting our Trust & Safety team directly at admin@creatormanch.com with the relevant listing URL and reason.
7. Enforcement Actions & Appeals
When a violation is identified, platform administrators may take the following graduated enforcement actions depending on severity:
- Content Removal: Deletion or unpublishing of the infringing listing, article, or review.
- Formal Warning: A written administrative notice specifying the infraction.
- Feature Restriction: Revoking submission rights, disabling reviews, or pausing creator withdrawal requests.
- Account Suspension / Permanent Ban: Complete deactivation of user and creator accounts.
Appeals: If you believe your content or account was moderated in error, you may file an appeal by emailing admin@creatormanch.com within 14 days, providing full context, account details, and explanatory evidence.
