Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026 • Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

CreatorManch ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, software engineers, authors, and copyright holders worldwide. We expect all creators and members of our community to respect copyright and adhere to applicable intellectual property laws.

In accordance with applicable digital copyright frameworks (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act / DMCA and international copyright treaties), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and disable access to infringing materials.

2. User & Creator Responsibility for Submissions

Users and creators who upload or submit tools, prompts, digital assets, documentation, code, or media files to CreatorManch are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions:

  • You must own the original copyright in the asset or hold an explicit commercial redistribution license from the rights holder.
  • You may not submit third-party software, fonts, images, or prompt libraries without authorization.
  • CreatorManch acts as an online service provider facilitating discovery and distribution, and does not pre-screen the entire external origin of all user-uploaded assets.

3. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that material hosted on or distributed through CreatorManch infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal written notice of copyright infringement to our Designated Agent.

Upon receipt of a complete and compliant notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and notify the user who posted the content.

4. Required Information for a Valid Notice

To ensure prompt action, your notice must include all of the following elements:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  2. Specific Location of Infringing Material: Direct URL(s) or specific product IDs on CreatorManch where the allegedly infringing asset is located, so our administrators can locate the material.
  3. Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name) of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

5. Counter-Notification Process

If material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice, and you believe this was due to mistake, misidentification, or that you hold legitimate rights/licenses to the content, you may file a written counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the specific material removed and the URL/location where it appeared prior to removal.
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your geographic jurisdiction (or the jurisdiction where service is maintained), and that you will accept service of process from the claimant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order within 10 to 14 business days, access to the removed material may be restored.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy & Moderation

CreatorManch maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of creators or users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights or who receive multiple substantiated infringement notices.

In addition, we reserve the right to revoke seller privileges, withhold pending payout disbursements associated with infringing listings, and remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.

7. Designated Copyright Agent Contact

Please send all copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications to our designated agent:
