1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CreatorManch ("CreatorManch", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of CreatorManch.com and associated tools, directories, and marketplaces.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or downloading any materials from CreatorManch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or possess valid parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 18, to enter into these Terms and use our services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access creator dashboards, list assets, publish reviews, or download digital purchases, you must register a CreatorManch user account:

• Accurate Credentials: You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain its accuracy in your profile settings.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and session access. You are liable for all actions occurring under your account.
• Notification of Compromise: You must immediately notify our team at admin@creatormanch.com if you discover unauthorized access or a security breach involving your account.

3. Creator Accounts & Marketplace Submissions

Registered users may apply to become creators on CreatorManch to list AI tools, prompt templates, digital products, and guides:

• Creator Standards: Creators must maintain high standards of asset quality, provide accurate descriptions, clear compatibility notes, and deliver authentic digital files.
• Originality & Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all requisite rights, licenses, and permissions for any asset, code, image, or text you submit to CreatorManch.
• Administrative Moderation: All creator submissions (tools, prompts, digital downloads, and articles) undergo administrative review. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request revisions on any listing at our sole discretion.

4. AI Tools Directory, Prompts & Digital Products

CreatorManch provides access to three distinct asset categories:

• AI Tools Directory: Curated listings of artificial intelligence tools, platforms, and services. Listings provide summaries, tags, pricing models, and outbound referral links. CreatorManch does not own or operate third-party listed tools.
• AI Prompt Marketplace: Carefully crafted prompt templates engineered for leading large language models and diffusion systems. When purchasing or copying prompts, you receive a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial prompt deployment, without the right to re-sell or publish the raw prompt text on competing public prompt indexes.
• Digital Products: Downloadable digital assets, design kits, scripts, and media files. Upon successful order completion, you receive non-exclusive download and usage entitlements as specified in the item's license grant.

5. Marketplace & Payment Terms (Current Implementation)

Please note the current operating structure of the marketplace:

• Payment Processing Environment: The checkout flow supports test/sandbox simulation and integrated gateway providers. During preview or sandbox modes, orders simulate payment execution to test fulfillment workflows without generating real-money credit card charges. Where live checkout is active, transactions are processed by certified third-party payment gateways.
• Creator Earnings & Payouts: Platform commissions are deducted from item sales. Cleared creator earnings are subject to standard clearance windows to manage reconciliation, anti-fraud screening, and administrative adjustments before withdrawal requests are approved.
• Refunds: Refunds for digital purchases are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Standard physical return rules do not apply to instant digital asset deliveries.

6. User-Generated Content, Reviews & Ratings

Users may publish reviews, ratings, and comments across marketplace items:

• Honest Feedback: Reviews must reflect authentic, firsthand experience with the tool, prompt, or digital product.
• No Review Manipulation: Astroturfing, fake positive reviews, paid ratings, reciprocal rating collusion, or retaliatory negative reviews are strictly prohibited and will result in review deletion and account restriction.
• License to Display: By posting reviews, comments, or guides on CreatorManch, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and moderate your submission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security controls, rate limiters, or digital entitlement checks.
• Using web spiders, scrapers, bots, or automated extractors to harvest platform listings, prompt databases, or user profiles in bulk without prior written consent.
• Uploading malicious software, trojans, backdoors, viruses, or prompt injection exploits intended to compromise target systems.
• Listing counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized third-party intellectual property.
• Impersonating any person, creator, platform administrator, or entity.

8. Intellectual Property & Platform Moderation

CreatorManch retains all ownership rights in the platform design, logos, trademarks, database schema, and platform software.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement under applicable copyright laws. For detailed procedures on submitting a takedown notice or counter-notification, refer to our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer & Third-Party Tools

AI Output Variability: Artificial intelligence models evolve rapidly and may produce non-deterministic or varied outputs. CreatorManch and its creators do not guarantee that AI prompt templates will produce identical results across different model versions, providers, or parameter configurations.

Third-Party Services: Our directory contains links to external AI tools and developer platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, content, or data practices of third-party websites.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform if:

• You breach these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines;
• You engage in deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful marketplace activity;
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory mandate.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

CreatorManch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CreatorManch, its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or digital asset usage resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

12. Changes to Terms & Contact Information

We may update these Terms periodically. We will signal revisions by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform following updates represents acceptance of the revised Terms.
